Injection Molding Workshop

We leverage our in‑house injection molding workshop, equipped with over 20 large‑scale automatic injection machines (150‑1,500 tons), to produce plastic structural parts for TVs, including front frames, rear covers, stands, and brackets. All molds are developed in‑house, giving us full control over part precision and material toughness from the very source, while significantly reducing outsourcing costs.
